The EURMARS Project participated in the DETECTION HUB Workshop, held in Madrid, Spain. The event brought together stakeholders from diverse sectors, including law enforcement, government agencies, research institutions, academia, and industry, to address challenges and explore innovative solutions for the detection of drugs, explosives, and illicit goods.

The workshop featured insightful discussions on bridging the gap between theory and practical implementation, aligning public procurement with cutting-edge technologies, and enhancing multi-sectoral collaboration for operational detection capabilities. Expert panels and interactive sessions provided valuable takeaways on overcoming challenges, improving strategies, and advancing detection technologies for security and border management.
