Our publication, “EURMARS: An Advanced Surveillance Platform to Improve the European Multiauthority Border Security Efficiency and Cooperation,” presents EURMARS – a cutting-edge platform that enhances EU maritime border security through AI, real-time visualisation, and advanced risk assessment tools. EURMARS supports authorities like coast guards, customs, police, and environmental protection agencies, addressing challenges such as irregular migration, smuggling, and trafficking networks, while also supporting search and rescue operations in line with international obligations at sea.

Furthermore, it tackles environmental challenges such as oil spill observation and monitoring.
